I talk to your users, watch them use your product, and tell you what is actually happening. Research sprints, usability testing, and UX audits.

Everybody on a product team has opinions about what users want. The problem is that most of those opinions are wrong, or at least incomplete. Research replaces opinion with evidence. I run user interviews, usability tests, and analytics reviews to find out what is really going on.
User interviews (5-10 sessions, remote or in person). Usability testing via Maze (task-based testing with 5+ users). UX audit (heuristic evaluation of your current product). Analytics review (where users drop off and why). Research report with prioritized findings and recommendations.
Nielsen Norman Group showed that 5 users find about 85% of usability problems. I test with 5, fix the issues, then test again if needed. It is faster and cheaper than testing with 20 users and getting diminishing returns.
